All plants leaving our store have been inspected to ensure that you receive the best possible product.
If you are not entirely satisfied with the condition of your Plant upon receipt, please email us within 24 hours of the time of delivery with a picture and description of the issue. We’ll send you a replacement plant, at no extra cost or offer you a refund, at our discretion, should your request be granted. Please note that we won’t be able to refund or replace plants after this 24 hour period.
In Store Purchases
Please check your Plants carefully before leaving the store as we cannot accept returns for in store purchases for plant health and quality reasons.
PLANTERS, ACCESSORIES and BOTANICAL ART
(hereinafter referred to as Accessories)
We offer a 14-day Refund Policy on all Accessories for Online and In Store purchases. If you'd like to return an item, please notify us via email and we'll gladly arrange a courier to collect the Accessory from you.
We'll refund you the cost of the Accessory, less the return courier fee, provided that we receive the products are in a resale-able condition and free of:
- Damages and tampering
- Partial or entire disassembly
- Physical alteration
For all Returns or Exchange related matters, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll evaluate your request, and if granted, will outline the options that are available to you for exchange or refund. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange should you fail to comply with this Returns Policy.
Please note that shipping on returns or exchanges is born by you, the purchaser.
We will refund you via your original payment method or via Electronic Funds Transfer. Please allow for up to 5 business days for payments to settled.
